My name is Ilaria and I live in Caldana, a small gem in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. I am Giancarlo's wife and the proud mother of Angela and Leonardo. My husband and I share a passion for standard dance, an art form that unites us and fills us with enthusiasm.
My professional career began in the world of hospitality and event planning, combining Italian and international experiences that have shaped my approach: attentive, sensitive, and deeply people-focused.
Over time, I've held various roles—wedding planner, resort manager, hospitality manager, booking & sales manager—building a comprehensive vision of hospitality and experience, always guided by care and authenticity.
For over ten years, I've been guiding couples from around the world in creating weddings in the heart of authentic Tuscany. It's not simply about organizing an event, but about creating an experience that truly represents you, in perfect balance between elegance, nature, and meaning.
